It seems my sense of smell is heightened. Maybe I'm returning to my animal nature where my body is utilizing it's senses to search for food. Or maybe I've just cleared out some of the mucous in my body that dulled my smelling senses. Who knows. All I know is I smell everything. Somethings I really don't want to smell.
Yesterday was a big test day for me. I had 5 - 75 min massages to perform and 4 of them were really deep tissue sessions. When I'm eating regular food a day like yesterday is really taxing on my physically. So I was a little concerned as to how I'd perform. Needless to say, I felt great and very much up to the task. I did find though that if I didn't have something to drink right before and right after each session I would start to slur my speech a little. But overall I was fine. A little cramping in the hands when I went to the supermarket last night. But that's not totally out of the ordinary after a day like yesterday. So that was very reassuring to me.
Oh, another thing I just remembered at the end of the day I started to chew a piece of sugarless gum (knowing that it was probably not a good idea). That sent me into a tailspin. All of a sudden I had cravings within five minutes. I was able to stave them off with the last of my emergency fresh OJ. But it was really weird they were very intense cravings and they kicked in fast. I won't be doing that again.
Last night went to bed relatively early about 11:00pm slept very well. Finished off the day with about 24 ozs of OJ watched American Idol and then crashed.
Well that's the end of my story and I'm sticking to it.
