Hello!!!
Just wanted to come by and update on what's going on Day 10. Everything is still going strong. I am feeling energized and happy. Able to handle my work load fairly well. No major stresses causing me to want to fall off. Everything is good. What's interesting is at weigh in I didn't lose any more weight this morning. I'm wondering if the Almond Milk has anything to do with it. Not concerned just curious. Nevertheless I feel really good. My body is losing inches that's for sure. But my strength is still good.
BP is down to 105/64. WEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Well just found out Almond Milk shouldn't be included in a juice fast here is what is written on Juice Feasting.com:
Q: Can I add in the occasional nut and/or seed mylk to drink with my juice? What about eating nuts and seeds?A: Great question. We encourage you to not do any nuts, seeds, or their milks for the duration of your Juice Feast. This includes chia seeds.
Nuts and seeds will completely arrest the cleansing/healing that you would get out of a Juice Feast. They will also tend to constipate you, are mucus forming, acid forming and are not part of the Juice Feast. By all means enjoy these in the context of a maintanence cuisine after your Feast!!
Well that's all nothing major occurred nothing life changing so I guess I'll see ya tomorrow.
