It's Wednesday, been a pretty busy week for me. Just wanted to update you on what's going on. This is day 15 one forth the way there. I see no signs of slowing down at this point. My body is really transforming. I am starting to move back into my XL shirts from my XXL shirts. My waist and stomach is definitely getting smaller. A lot is happening to this ole body of mine. I feel really good having finally dipped into the 250's. Even though it's 259.5 a glass of water away from 260 it still feels good to see that on the scale.
I've been doing a lot of fruits this week not nearly enough greens but I'm changing that up today. Also, been doing more reading on the website www.juicefeasting.com they recommend daily enemas or colonics, a laxative, and looks like some sort of dried greens and a few other things. I definitely will be adding these things to my protocol. Did an enema this morning and an unbelievable amount of solid food exited. I thought I got it all, apparently not. Also this was my only movement in the last 3-4 days. So I know I need to get stuff moving out more frequently.
Other than that, the strength feels good, energy feels good. In fact, I'm seriously entertaining starting the INSANITY WORKOUT. Yup I feel that good. Obviously, I will have to make sure I drink more juice but I want to give it a try and see how I hold up. I've been doing fine at work doing four or five 75 min massages a day with no problem. Now I think I'm ready for a little more. Or from what I've heard a lot more. I'll keep you posted.
